Following the success of last year's event, Chaparrals are excited to once again offer local merchants the opportunity to promote their unique products at an exclusive, premiere, shopping event while helping to raise funds for Round Rock and Williamson County charities.

Merchants participating in the Chaparral Babes in Toyland Market will be delighted with the exclusive opportunities provided for them as participants in this event...

• Local charitable giving as all booth fees are considered a charitable gift (tax forms provided at check in).
• Indoor venue - (inclement weather will not inhibit shopper participation).
• Restricted merchant participation (This is a juried show. Completion of this application does not guarantee admittance to this market.)
• High quality shopping experience for your target market with specific exclusion of certain products to increase consumer participation and merchant marketing. Items that are not acceptable for sale at this show include: perfume, cosmetics, weight loss products, cleaning products, multi-level marketing products and other products deemed inappropriate by Chaparral Women's Club.
• Show time of Saturday, November 7th from 9:00am - 5:00pm (Set up begins as early as 7:30am)
• Standard booths of 10ft x 10ft with a 3 sided black back drop. Each booth is provided with an 8ft. table, electrical power strip and up to 10 chairs (if required).
• Special requests should be submitted to Chaparrals so we can try to accommodate.
• Please leave booths fully assembled until the end of the show to maintain the integrity of the event.
• Merchandise may not exceed the perimeter of your booth space.
• Merchants may share booth space, however all merchants participating must complete the merchant application.
• Booth space reserved only with full payment and a completed application.
